Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are fully satisfied with your item. However, if that is not the case, you may return it under the following conditions.

Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With the original tags

  • In its original packaging

You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will assess the issue and take appropriate steps to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To quickly get what you want, we recommend returning the item you have, and once the return is accepted, making a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day Withdrawal Period – European Union

If your merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

The same return conditions apply: the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • We will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not.

  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
