Damages and Issues

Exchanges
To quickly get what you want, we recommend returning the item you have, and once the return is accepted, making a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Withdrawal Period – European Union
If your merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
The same return conditions apply: the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
